Notice is hereby given that I will sell at Public Auction, on Thursday the 7th day of April, 1870, at the residence of Samuel McCord, late of Warren county, deceased, all his personal property (not taken by his widow) consisting of horses, hogs, sheep, cattle, corn in crib, wheat in bin, hay, oats, growing wheat, wagon, Buggy, farming implements, household furniture, &c.

A credit of nine months will be given on all sums over five dollars, the purchaser giving his note with approved security, waiving relief from valuation laws and bearing six per cent. interest from date, and including attorney's fees if collected by suit. All sums of five dollars and under cash in hand.
