Seymour Claflin, a young man well known in Attica, and till recently a resident of the place, while riding a horse at West Point on Monday, was thrown forward on the pummel of the saddle, and in some manner so injured internally the he was seized with a chill and died in two hours. The body was brought here on Tuesday, and taken thence up the country for burial.
