In the Common Pleas Court of Warren county, Indiana. May Term 1870.

William C. Miles,
William Miler, and the unknown heirs of Matilda Miller, deceased.

Be it Known, That on this 7th day of January, in the year 1870, the above named plaintiffs by Gregory and Harper as attorneys, filed inthe office of the Clerk of Common Pleas Court a complaint against said defendent in the above entitled cause, and afterwards filed an affidavit of a competent person, in open court, that said defendent William Miller and the unknown heirs of Matilda Miller, deceased, are not residents of the State of Indiana. The Court ordered notice be given defendents.

Said defendents are therefore, hereby notified of filing and pendency of said complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or demur thereto, at the calling of said cause on the second day of the next Term of said Court, to be begun and held at the Court House in Williamsport, Indiana, on the 2nd Monday in May next, said complaint and the matters and things therein contained and alleged, will be heard and determined in their absense.

Witness, my hand and the seal of said Court at Williamsport, this 28th day of February, 170.
