In the Common Pleas Court of Warren county, Indiana. May Term 1870.

David L. Wright.

Be it Known, That on this 24th day of February, in the year 1870, the above named plaintiff by their attorneys, filed in the office of the Clerk of Common Pleas Count a complaint against said defendant, in the above entitled cause, together with an affidavit of a competent person, that said defendent David L. Wright, is not a resident of the State of Indiana.

Said defendent is therefore, hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said complaint against him and that unless he appear and answer or demur thereto, at the calling of said cause on the second day of the next Term of said Court, to be begun and held at the court house in Williamsport, Indiana, on the 2nd Monday in May next, said complaint and the matters and things therein contained and alleged, will be heard and determined in his absense.

Witness, my hand and the seal of said Court at Williamsport, this 1st day of March, 1870.
