By virtue a vendi exponas and decretal order of sale, to me directed from the Clerk of the Warren Circuit Court and Warren Common Pleas Court, I will expose at public sale, to the highest bidder on Saturday, the 19th day of March, 1870, between the hours of 10 o'clock a.m. and 4 o'clock p.m. of said day, at the door of the Court House of Warren County, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, the following described Real Estate, to-wit:

Lot No. one (1) in Miller's west addition to the town of Williamsport, Warren County, Indiana.

And on failure to realize the full amount of judgment, interest, and costs, I will, at the same time and place, expose at public sale at the fee-simple of said Real Estate.

Taken as the property of Ferdinand Woodard and Mary M. Woodard, at the suits of John W. Bush and William B. Brownlee.

Said sale will be made without any relief whatever from valuation or appraisement laws.
