Title: Court of Common Pleas
File Attachment:
Attachment Type:
Text:

This court commenced its spring session on last Monday morning, having its usual number of cases on docket. John M. LaRue, Judge. There has been a good attendance on the session thus far, and quite a number of attorneys from abroad.

In this connection we cannot forbear speaking of the very near and praiseworthy style in which Mr. Fry Bryant has kept the dockter and boocks of the court. Mr. Bryant is an excellent officer, clever gentleman, and, having been in the clerk's office for five years, as deputy, is exceedingly well posted in the duties of the office. We think he is derserving of the full honors and profits of that office.
