Title: Litigation
File Attachment:
Attachment Type:

Not all important cases in law find their determination inthe higher courts. A very important case is now before the inferior courts in which the plaintiff claims one hundred dollars in damage from the defendent, for cutting plaintiff's hair too short.

Another suit is on the topics, for an assault and battery, committed by one mature and stoat old cat upon a virgin "kitty" of delicate constitution and little experience in the ups and downs of feline life. Litigation now-a-days is all the go, and Judge LaRue's court is literally nowhere.
