William Graff

Whereas, at the request of the plaintiffs, a summons and attachment have been issued against the defendent, William Graff, and delivered to Walter H. Coon, Constable, for service, and by him returned on the 30th day of December, 1869, "defendent not found in Warren county," and "no property found subject levy," on said attachment; and a garnishee summons having been served on John Thaney, by aforesaid constable: Now therefore if te said William Graff shall not appear before me at my office on Saturday the 12th day of February, 1870, at 9 o'clock, a.m., and answer to plaintiffs' complaint, then, proof of their demand, judgment will be entered against the said William Graff, and proceeding had against aforesaid granishee, John Thaney.
