In the Warren Circuit Court of Warren county, Indiana. April Term, 1870.

Be it Known, That on the 17th day of January, in the year 1870, the above named plaintiffs by Brown & Rabb, attorneys filed inthe office of the Clerk of the Warren Circuit Court, a complaint against said defendents, in the above entitled cause, together with an affidavitof a competent person, that said defendent William Mellott and Nancy Mellott, are not residents of the State of Indiana.

Said defendents are therefore, hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or demus thereto, at the calling of said cause of the second day of the next term of said court, to be begun and held at the court house in Williamsport, Indiana, on the 4th Monday in April next, said complaint and the matters and things therein contained and alleged will be heard and determined in their absense.

Witness, my hand and the seal of said court of Williamsport, this 18th day of January, 1870.
