Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Warren county, Indiana, will receive sealed Proposals for the erection and construction of a Poor Asylum Building, to be erected on the farm heretofore known as the Thomas J. Chenoweth farm about seven miles northwest of Williamsport.

Said building to be constructed according to plans and specifications now on file in the Auditor's Office, in said county, where they may be inspected by bidders.

Said Commissioners to furnish brick necessary for the building and cellar and foundation walls, ready to receive said building; and will pay 25 per cent on estimated amount of work done as the work progresses. Balance to be paid when completed and accepted by the first of December, 1870.

All bids to be filed with the Auditor, on or before the 29th day of January, 1870, the party of whom the contract is awarded will be required to give bond and security for the faithful performance of said contract.

The Commissioners reserve the rigth to reject any or all bids that may by them be deemed unreasonable.
