In the Court of Common Pleas of Warren Co., Indiana. February Term, 1870.

Be it Known, That on this 3rd day of January, in the year 1870 the above named plaintiff by his attorney, filed in the office of the clerk of the Court of Common Pleas a complaint against said defendent, the the above entitled cause, together with an affidavit of a competent person, that said defendent William Miller is not a resident of the State of Indiana.

Said defendent is therefore, hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said complaint against him and that unless he appear and answer or demur thereto, at the calling of said cause on the second day of the next term of said court, to be begun, and held at the court house in Williamsport, Indiana, on the 1st Monday in Feb'ry next, said complaint and the matters and things therein contained and alleged, will be heard and determined in his absense.

Witness, my hand and the seal of said court at Williamsport, this 3rd day of January, 1870.
