Our wide-awake and enterprising "Grocer" J.H. Messner, has moved into his new room inthe newly erected block, and is holding forth there in all the style and elegance of a modern Croesus. We really think he feels a little proud, and inclined to "snub" the occupants of the old Boston Block, which he says is a "Leetle" behind the times. Well, John is a good boy and deserves the best kind of patronage. BUt we would caution him to be on the look-out, as other parties are interested in Warren Block. Keep your boots blackened, John, and a stiff upper lip, and a fortune is yours.
