Title: County Conventin Next Saturday
File Attachment:
Attachment Type:

That there will be a full attendance upon our County Republican Convention next Saturday, we confidentially expect. It is highly important that they good men be selected as delegates to the State Convention, to be held at Indianapolis, on the 22nd of next month; and it is also desirable, in order that the party in the county be generally satisfied with the delegates, that they turn out unanimously and attend the convention. Besides this there are other matters to attned to, such as organizing a new Central Committee, agreeing upon a time for our Primary County Convention, for nominating our county officers, and also determining whether the nominations shall be made in a voting convention, or one composed of delegates. Upon this latter particular, there will be a difference of opinion- some wanting a voting convention throughout the county, whether it be in April or during the summer whilst others want a delegate convention, let the time be when it may. Come out, fellow citizens, and have your "say" in this matter.

It is desired that all who will be candidates before this convention, be in attendance on next Saturday.
