Text:

Now that harvest is over and the farmers generally are blessed with plentiful crops which are beginning to command money, we desire to call the attention of our delinquent patrons to the claims we have upon them for services. We have upon our books, for job work, advertising, and subscription, nearly two thousand dollars.- Upon some of you we have waited a long time. We need the money due us, and must take legal steps, soon, to obtain it. We, like you, work for a living. We do not beg, but ask you to pay what you justly owe us, for by so doing you will save cost. Pay up, and if you think our paper and our labor is not worth the price, don't patronize us-that's all.
