BY virtue of an execution from the clerk of the Warren Common Please Court and to me directed I will expose to public sale on
7th day of August, 1869
and between the legal hours of said day, at the court house door in the town of Williamsport, Warren county, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years of the following described real estate, to-wit:

Lot number one (1) in block three (3) four (4) five (5) six (6) in R. D. Miller's west addition to the town of Williamsport, Warren county, Indiana.

Taken as the proyerty of George Hitchens at the suit of Ayletter R. Hunter.

And on failure to realize the full amount of judgement, interest and costs, I will then and there at the same time and place as aforesaid, expose to sale the fee simple of said lands or so-much thereof as will satisfy said execution.

Asid sale to be made without any relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
