Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Warren County, Ind., at the Auditor's office, in Williamsport until the 9th day of October, 1869, for the construction of the cellar walls and stone foundation for a County Asylum, on the county farm recently purchased of T.J. Chenoweth. Said work to be done in accordance with the plan and specifications on file at the Auditor's office, where they may be examined by bidders. Bidders must specify in their proposals the price per cubic foot for cut stone and the price per perch for the other work. Said work to be completed by the 15th day of May, 1870.

Also at same time and place proposals will be received for diging the cellar and trenches for the foundation of said building. Bids to specify the price per cubic yard for said diging and the work to be completed by the 1st day of April, 1870.

The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids for both contracts if deemed reasonable.

The person or persons receiving the contract will be required to give bonds and security for the performances of their contract inthe time and manner specified.
