BY virtue of a decree of foreclosure and order of sale from the clerk of the Warren Circuit Court and to me directed I will expose to public sale on
Saturday, the 17th day of July, 1869, and between the legal hours of said day, at the court house door in the town of Williamsport, Warren county, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceding seven years of the following described real estate, to-wit:

Forty-two acres and seventy-six hundredths [42 76-100] acres bounded as follows to-wit: Beginning at the south west corner of the west half of the north half of the north west quarter of section five [5] township twenty-one [21] range eight west, thence north forty-two rods thence east sixteen rods thence north within four rods of the township line thence due west to the west line of the west half of the north half of the north west quarter of section five town 21 range 8 west, to said west line at a point 4 rods south to the place of beginning, situate in Warren county, Indiana.--Taken as the property of William H. Howard and Sarah J. Howard at the suit of Elizabeth Billinger.
and of failure to realize the full amount of judgment, interest and costs, I will then and there at the same time and place as aforesiad, expose to public sale the fee-simple of said lands or so much thereof as will satisfy said execution.

Said sale to be made without any relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
