BY virtue of a foreclosure and order of sale to me directed, from the clerk of the Warren Common Pleas Court I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on
Saturday, the 10th day of July, 1869, between the hours of 10 o'clock a.m., and 4 o'clock p.m., of said day, at the door of the court house in Williamsport, Warren county, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the following described real estate, to-wit:

Part of the east half of section seven township twenty-three north of range seven west and bounded as follows to-wit: Commencing at the south west corner of the north east quarter of said section seven, thence running north seven rods, thence running east parallel with section line of said north east quarter of said section till it strikes the middle of Big Pine Creek, thence following the meanderings of said creek a south west direction till it strikes the west line of the north east quarter of said section seven aforesaid, thence north along said line to the place of beginning containing seven acres be the same more or less said land being in Warren county, Indiana.

And on failure to realize the full amount of judgment, interest and cost, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the feesimple of said real estate.

Taken as the property of Samuel M. Williams at the sult of Robert Atkinson.

Said sale will be made without any relief whatever from valuation or appraisement laws.
