By virtue of an execution, to me directed from the clerk of Fountain Common Pleas Court, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on Saturday, 20th day of November, 1869, between the hours of 10 o'clock a.m., and 4 o'clock p.m., of said day, at the door of the court house of Warren county, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years following described real estate, to-wit:

A part of the north east quarter of the south west quarter of section 21 township 22 range 8 west, beginning at a stake on the line dividing section 16 and 21, thence west 72 poles to a stake, thence south 80 poles to a stake, thence east 80 poles to a stake, thence north 40 poles to the place of beginning containing 38 acres more or less.- Also the south end of the north est quarter of the south west quarter of section 16 township 22 range 8 west, containing 15 acres and 92 hundredths more or less, and more particularily described as follows to-wit:

Commencing 2 poles north of the south east corner of said section 16 running thence west 8 poles to a stake, thence south 2 poles to the section line, thence west seventy two (72) poles, thence north 31 poles thence east 80 poles, thence south 29 poles to the place of beginning, lying and being in Warren county, state of Indiana.

And on failure to realize the full amount of judgment, interest and costs, I will, at the same time and place, expose the fee simple of said real estate.

Taken as the property of George Pittman and Margaret A. Pittman, at the suit of William Conner and Rebecca Conner.
