By virtue of certified copies of two decrees to me directed from the clerk of the Warren Circuit Court, in a cause wherein Henry R. Pomeroy is plaintiff and Mary S. Dowler, impl'd with Robert C. Dowler and Robert C. Dowler impl'd with Mary S. Dowler are defendents requiring me to make the sum of Two hundred and forty-five dollars and eighty cents, with interest on decree and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on Saturday, 13th day of November, 1869, between the hours of 10 o'clock, a.m., and 4 o'clock p.m., of said day, at the door of the court house of Warren county, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the following real estate to-wit:

Beginning in the south east corner of section three township twenty one north of range eight west, thence west on section line fifty seven rods thence north parallel to section line one hundred and one rods, thence east three degrees and forty five minutes variation of a compass fifty-seven and a half rods to the section line, thence south on the east line of said section ninety nine rods to the place of beginning containing 35 1/8 acres. Also beginning at the south west corner of the north half of the south west quarter of the south west quarter of section two township twenty-one range eight west, thence north on section line fifty eight rods and nineteen links, thence south eleven rods and seventeen links-thence south forty-seven rods, thence west thirty secen rods and eleven links to the place of beginning containing 12 acres and ninety rods lying and being in Warren County, Indiana.

If such rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree, interest and costs, I will, at the same time and place, expose to public sale the fee-simple of said real estate, or so much thereof as may be sufficient to discharge said decree, interest, and costs.

Said sale will be made without any relief whatever from valuation or appraisement laws.
