Warren County

Warren Circuit Court, October Term, 1869

Pleas held at the court house in the town of Williamsport, began and held on Monday, October 18th, 1869.

Present the Hon. John M. La Rue, Judge.

It is now ordered by the court that because of the fact that the time fixed by law for holding this term of the Warren Circuit Court is upon the same day as that fixed for holding upon Common Pleas Court of said county, this court is adjourned to the second Monday of November, 1869, (it being the eight day of November 1869,) at which time an adjourned term will be held to continue as long as the business in said court shall require and all actions and proceedings now pending in this court are continued to that time and the Grand and Petit Juries drawn for the present term are ordered to attend at said adjourned term without further notice, and the clerk of this county is ordered to give such notice of such adjourned term by publication in the Warren Republican a weekly newspaper printed and published in this town and county.

I, William C. Smith, Clerk of the Warren Circuit Court in and for said county do hereby ceritfy that the above and foregoing is a true, full and complete trnnscript of the order of adjourment of the Warren Circuit Court as the same appears of record remaining of file in my office.
