In most, if not all, the cases, the defendents were found not guilty. Tuesday, likewise, spent in the disposition of like cases, and others in which interest was manifested. The two men who were accused of robbery at the house of Zara Stearns, and whose names were unknown, one of whom had been lying in jail for a week or ten days, and the other out on bail, were discharged, there being no evidence on which to base an indictment.
