By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Warren Circuit Court, in a cause wherein Mariah Lienback, Samuel Lienback, Henrietta High and William High are plaintiffs and William H. H. Reed, is defendent, requiring me to make the sum of five hundred and eighty dollars and eighty-one cents, with interest on said decree and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on Saturday the 4th day of December, '69, between the hours of 10 o'clock a.m. and 4 o'clock p.m., of said day, at the door of the court house of Warren County, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the following real eslate, to wit:

The north east quarter of the south west quarter and the north west quarter of the south east quarter and south half of the north west quarter of section (4) township (22) north of range of (8) west containing one hundred and sixty acres more or less. Said real estate lying and being in Warren County and State of Indiana.

If such rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree, interest and costs, I will, at the same time and place, expose to public sale the fee-simple of said decree, interest and costs.

Said sale will be made without any relief whatever from valuation or appraisement laws.
