Notice is hereby given that I will sell at public auction on Friday, the 3rd day of December,1869, at the residence of Lewis Collyer, on and a half miles North of Independence late of Warren County, deceased all his personal property consisting of one horse, Jack, Jenny, and Colt, one cow, hogs, one buggy and harness farming implements on set of Blacksmith tools, hay and corn, household and kitchen furniture, and many other things too tedious to mention.

A credit of nine months will be given on all sums over three dollars the purchaser giving his note with approved suriety waving valuation and appraisement laws.
