Pleas held at the court house in the town of Williamsport, began and held on Monday, October 18th, A.D., 1869.

Present the Hon. John M. LaRue, Judge.
14th Judicial Day.

The court now make the following order to-wit:
Ordered by the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, Indiana, that he clerk of said court be and he is hereby ordered to site all administrators who are in default to appear at the next term of this court and make final settlements. Also all Guardians from whom final settlements are due and also all those who have not made current reports within two years ans whereas settlements and reports may be filed in vacation and a citation may be avoided by such guardian and administrators shall make settlements in vacation it is further ordered by the court that as copy of this order be published immediately upon the adjournament of the present term in the Warren Republican.

I, William C. Smith, Clerk of Court of Common Pleas of said county and state do hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a true, full and complete trannscript of the judicial order of said ceurt in regard to administrators and guardians settlements as the same appears of record remaining of file in my office.
In witness, whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal of said court this 24th day of November, 1869.
