Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Administrator of the estate of Samuel James, dec'd, will sell at public auction, at the late residence of the deceased, in Pike Township, Warren County Indiana, on the 30th day of December,1869, all the personal property belonging to said estate, consisting of Horses, Cattle, two horse carriage, Wagon and harness, Wheat in granary, corn in crib, Hay, bee stands, and other articles, household good, &c., not taken by the widow. There is some two hundred bushels of old corn, well secured and in first rate condition, which will be good for seed.

Terms of sale.-A credit of nine months will be given on all sums over three dollars, (under that cash in hand), the purchaser to give note with approved security, (before the goods are reward) and waiving valuation and appraisment laws.
