By virtue of an Execution and a decretal order of sale to me directed from the clerk of the Warren common Pleas court, I will expose at public sale, to the highest bidder, on Saturday 29th day of January, 1870, between the hours of 10 o'clock A.M. and 4 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the Court House of Warren County; the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, the following deseribed Real Estate, towit; The west half of the southeast quarter and the south east quarter of the west quarter of section (18) eighteen and north east fraction of section (19) nineteen in township (22)twenty two north of range (6) west, excepting eighteen acres and sixty square rods off the east end of said last mentioned tract heretofore conveyed by John Jackson to Diadama Collins, containing in all one hundred and seventy one acres and twenty seven hundredths of an acre. Said lands lying and being in Warren County and State of Indiana.

And on failure to realize the full amount of judgement, interest and costs, I will, at the same time and place, expose at Public Sale the fee-simple of said Real Estate.

Taken as the property of Wm. R. Martin & Eleanor Martin at the suit of Josiah Reed.
