BY virtue of a decree of foreclosure and order of sale to me directed, from that clerk of the Warren Common Pleas Court I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on
Saturday, the 10th of April, 1869, between the hours of 10 o'clock, a.m., and 4 o'clock p.m., of said day, at the door of the court house in Williamsport, Warren county, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the following described real estate, to-wit:

The south half of the east half of the north west quarter of section thirty-five (35) in township twenty-one (21) north of range nine (9) west, containing forty acres more or less. Also the south half of the west half of the north west quarter of section thirty-five (35) in township twenty-one (21) north of range (9) west.

And on failure to realize the full amount of judgment, interest and cost, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee-smple of said real estate.

Taken as the property of Josiah C. Gray at the suit of James Gwinn.

Said sale will be made without any relief whatever from valuation or appraisement laws.
