STATE OF INDIANA.
Warren County
SS:

I, WILLIAM C. SMITH, Clerk of the Warren Circuit Court of said county do hereby certify that the following number of Justices of the Peace, for the respective townships herein after named are to be elected at the annual election, on the first Monday of April, A. D., 1869, to-wit:

Two for Washington township, one for Liberty townships, one for Steuben township, one for Kent township, two for Mound township, one for Medina township, two for Pine township, one for Prairie township, Warren county, Indiana.

In testimony whereof I hereunto set my name and the seal of said court at L S Williamsport, this 2nd day of March, A. D., 1869.

I, ASA J. FISHER, Sheriff of Warren county, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a true copy of the election notice to me issued by the clerk, March 21, 1869.
