BY virtue of an execution from the clerk of the Warren Circuit Court and to me directed I will expose to public sale on Saturday, the 9th day of January, 1869 and between the legal hours of said day, at the court house door in the town of Williamsport, Warren county, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years of the following described real estate, to-wit:

Lot No. (87) eighty-seven and (88) eighty-eight, in the north addition to the town of Lebanon, Warren county, Ind.
and on failure to realize the full amount of judgement, interest and costs, I will then and there at the same time and place as aforesaid expose the fee-simple of said lands or so-much thereof as will satisfy said execution.

Taken as the property of Scaton Griffith, impleaded with John D. IIutton at the suit of Pierce R. Hobble.

Said sale to be made without any relie from valuation or appraisement laws.
