August 30, the first day of school, found us realizing that the long four years were soon approaching the end. Our class roll consisted of 21 members.

Our first semester party was in form of a "welcoming" for an old classmate, Pfc. Larry M. Brenner. The class, their honored guest, and Mr. and Mrs. Neimeyer attended the first showing of "Streetcar Named Desire" in Danville.

On April 4 we presented our class play "The Campbells Are Coming" under the direction of Mr. Neimeyer. A very attentive audience was surprised and excited over the screaming antics of the characters and of the play itself.

April 25 was set aside as the day for our Senior Trip. Our destination-St. Louis!

Another day looked forward to was May 16. A 41-passenger bus took the Juniors and Seniors to Cincinnati, Ohio on an all day excursion!

However, the two most anxiously awaited dates are May 18 and May 23. On the latter date, we Seniors will become alumni of West Lebanon High School, and on the 18th, our Baccalaureate Services will be held.
