William T. Fleming, formerly a resident of this city and a member of the harness firm of Browning & Fleming, died at the soldiers' home hospital in Danville, Ill., last Thursday after a long illness of dropsy. The deceased was about 65 years old and was a union soldier in the was of the rebellion.

After he dissolved partnership with Manford Brownford he moved to Decatur, Ill., where he worked at his trade as harness maker until his health failed him. He had been in the hospital at the soldiers' home but a few weeks. The funeral was conducted at West Lebanon last Friday afternoon, interment being made in the West Lebanon cemetary.

Mrs. Fleming, the widow, is now making her home in this city with her daughter, Mrs. O.C. Martin.
