1:00 p.m.-The different Fraternal Orders meet in their respective halls and the band begins to play on the Public Square.

1:30 p.m.-The Fraternal Orders form in line to march to the school house to join the procession of the school children for the march back to the Court-house.

2:00 p.m.-The Order of Free and Accepted Masons under the command of the Grand Master of the State of Indiana, Walter O. Bragg, will lay the Corner Stone.

2:30 p.m.-The oration for the occasion will be delivered by the Hon. Frank E. Gavin, of Indianapolis.

3:30 p.m.-The Fraternal Orders march to their several halls and a general inspection of the work upon the Court-house resumes.
