Mr. and Mrs. H.C. Brown of Pence announce the marriage of their daughter, Madora, to Pvt. Emerson Hetrick, son of Mr. and Mrs. Freeman Hetrick of Attica R.R.

The Rev. Douglas Dickey of Williamsport read the single ring ceremony at his home Tuesday, Dec. 28, at 2:00pm.m. Attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Henry Gooden.

The bride was dressed in a blue two-piece dress with black accessories.

The couple will reside near Camp Ord, Calif., where the groom is stationed.

An informal wedding of attractive appointments was solemnized New Year's day at 6 p.m. at the home of Mr. and Mrs. G. Edwin Lyman, 614 South Eleventh street. when their son, Harry Baldwin Lyman, A.M.M. 3|c, and Miss Lou Ellen Renville, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F.W. Renville, of Pence, were married by Dr. W.R. Graham, pastor of Central Presbyterian Church. Attendants were Mr. and Mrs. M.A. Lawson.

Supper was served to immediate families at Lincoln Lodge, after which the couple departed on a short wedding trip.

Mrs. Lyman, 1938 graduate of Williamsport high school, is bookkeeper at the A. & P. supermarket on North Sixth street. She is a member of Sigma chapter of Delta Sigma Kappa. Aviation Machinist Mate Lyman is a graduate of Jefferson high school, class of 1939, and attended Purdue university for two years. He enlisted in the naval reserve in 1942 and is now stationed at the naval air station at Bunker Hill, Ind.

Mrs. Lyman's parents attended the wedding.

Mrs. Lyman was employed in The Review-Republican office for several years, after her graduation from the local high school. She and Mr. Lyman have our warmest personal wishes for health and happiness.
