As freshmen in the fall of 1960, we seniors started in our high school life with forty-seven members. We were initiated by the seniors and made a trip to Chicago to the Museum of Science and Industry, the Shedd Aquarium, and the Museum of Natural History. The officers were Jeff Steele, president; Carolyn Benson, vice president; Becky Pence, secretary; and Sandy Horn, treasurer. By the end of the year our enrollment had decreased to forty-sex, having lost Harely Thompson. We started our sophomore year with an enrollment of forty-seven, gaining Mary Blessing. The officers were Jerry McCoskey, president; Carolyn Benson, vice president; Joyce Snedeker, secretary; and Wanda Russell, treasurer. Our chief money making project this year was cake raffles at the ball games. In our junior year we had forty-four members. We lost Jim Price, Patricia Rowland, and Joe Dillman. The officers were Jerry McCoskey, president; Patty Pratt, vice president; Joyce Snedeker, secretary; and Carolyn Benson, treasurer. We gave a junior play, a fish supper, and many other money making projects. We also gave the seniors a Prom entitled "Apple Blossom Time." Our senior year we were a class of forty-four. We lost Marilyn Sollers and gained Jerry Ridge. The officers were Dan Brier, president; Elana Campbell, vice president; Joyce Snedeker, secretary; and Sandy Horn, treasurer. Our activities included the annual, concessions at ball games, a fish supper, bake sales, paper drives, and a play. We finished our senior year with a trip to the World's Fair and New York and to Washington.
