By order of the Court of Common Pleas of Warren county, Indiana, in the case of Samuel M. Etnire, et. al., vs. Catharine Etnire, I will on Saturday the 30th day of April, 1870, at the Court House door in the town of Williamsport, Indiana, offer for sale, the following described Real Estate, lying and being, in Warren county, Indiana, to-wit; The west half of the south east quarter of section thirty-two (32,) in township twenty-one (21,) north of range eight (8) west. Terms of Sale:--Said lands will be sold at Public Sale, at not less than two-thirds the appraised value thereof. One-half of the purchase money to be paid down cash in hand; one-fourth to be paid in twelve months, and the remaining one-fourth to be paid in eighteen months, the purchaser to execute notes for the defered payments, bearing interest from date, at the rate of six per cent, without any relief from the valuation or appraisement laws; the purchaser to receive a deed for said lands, under the order of the Court, and to execute a mortgage on lands to secure the payments of said notes.
