By virtue of an execution, to me directed from the Clerk of the Warren Common Please Court, I will expose at Public Sale, to the highest bidder, on Saturday the 28th day of May, 1870, between the hours of 10 o'clock a.m. and 4 o'clock p.m. of said day, at the door of the Court House in Warren County, Indiana, all of Ezekil Garrettson's interest in and to the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the following described real estate, to wit: The west half of the north east quarter of section 21, Township 21, range 9 west: 80 acres.--Also the west half of the south half of the south east quarter of section 16, township 21, range 9 west: 40 acres. Said lands lying and being in Warren county, Indiana. And on failure to realize the full amount of judgment, interests and costs, I will, at the same time and place, expose to Public Sale all of Ezekil Garrettson's interest in and to the fee-simple of said real estate. Taken as the property of Ezekil Garrettson, at the suit of Robert Craig. Said sale will be made without any relief whatever from valuation or appraisement laws. ASA J. FISHER, Sheriff W.Co. M.H.
