By order of the Warren Circuit Court in the case of Allen Dunkin et al., vs. Barbara Dunkin, et. at., I will, on and after Saturday, the 28th day of May, 1870, offer for sale, at private sale, at not less than the appraised value thereof, the following described Real Estate, lying and being in Warren county, Indiana, to-wit: "The north half of the north west quarter, of section eight (8) in township twenty (20) range nine, (9) west. Bids to be received at my office in Williamsport, Ind. Terms of Sale:-Said land is to be sold at private sale, at not less than the appraised value thereof, and one third of the purchase money cash in hand; one third to be paid in six months, and one third to be paid in twelve months, the purchaser to execute his notes with approved security for defered payments, waiving valuation or appraisement laws, and interest from day of sale, and to receive a certificate of purchase, entitling him to a deed under order of the Court, upon full payment.
