By virtue of an execution, to me directed from the Clerk of the Warren Common Please Court, I will expose at Public Sale, to the highest bidder, on Saturday, the 18th day of June, 1870, between the hours of 10 o'clock a.m. and 4 o'clock p.m. of said day, at the door of the Court House in Warren County, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the following described real estate, to-wit: A part of land situate lying and being in the south east quarter of the south west quarter of section two (2) in township twenty-one (21) north of range (8) west, In Warren County, Indiana, on which the steam flouring mill letely built by the firm A.S. Jones & Brother, of is situated.-Said tract is situate on the north side of the Toledo, Wabash, & Western Railray, and near the said railway's station at Williamsport, in said county and State, and said tract is more particulary described as follows: Beginning at the south west corner of the east half of the south west quarter of section (2), township twenty-one (21) north of range eight (8) west, running thence east on the south line of said land seven (7) chains and sixty-four (64) links thence north three (3) chains and twenty-eight (28) links to the south west corner of the land conveyed to Joshua Cantrell, by the Toledo, Wabash & Western Railway Company, thence north fifty-four (54*) degrees east with the line of said lot three (3) chains and forty-five (45) links to the beginning of the land wanted,thence south thirty-six (36*) degrees east one hundred and eighty-one (181) feet thence north fifty-four (54*) degrees east with the line of the railway aforesaid; one hundred and sixteen (116) feet thence north thiry-six degrees (36*) west one hundred and eighty-one feet to the south line of the Cantrell land aforesaid, thence south fifty-four (54*) degrees west one hundred and sixteen feet (116) to the place of beginning. Containing in all Twenty thousand, nine hundred ninety-six (20,996) feet more of less together with all the privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging, and on failure to realize of the full amount of judgement, interest and cost, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate. Taken as the property of George Bayle impleaded with John B. French, at the suit of William C. Smith. Said sale will be made without any relief whatever from valuation or appraisement laws. ASA J.
