Benjamin Kerr, one of the oldest citizens in Williamsport, died at his home in the Old Town last Wednesday morning, and the funeral services were held on Thursday afternoon. Mr. Kerr for many years has been in poor health and his age also prevented work. He leaves a number of grown children and many relatives and friends to mourn his death. The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Ford died at their home in Prairie Township last Tuesday. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Wilmer. After an illness of many months, Mrs. Frank Cronkhite passed away at her home in this place last Friday morning, aged about 40 years. She leaves a husband, one son and two daughters to mourn her untimely decease. Funeral occurred Saturday and the remains were laid to rest in the West Lebanon Cemetery.
