Andrew Holloway died Monday at his home there miles east of Carbondale from typhoid fever. The funeral services occurred Tuesday at Carbondale. Jacob Bisel living north of the Springs who has been an invalid from consumption the past eighteen months, died at his home about 4 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. Wm O'Connor, insane, was burned to death at the home of his brother, J. W. O'Conner, near Remington, Monday morning. He lived in a little house apart from hsi brother who had cared for him for years and had entire charge of him. Mr. O'Connor had built his fire for him and had gone back to breakfast. The lunatic, in the meantime, set his bed on fire and when Mr. O'Connor came to dress him the whole house was ablaze and the unfortunate man burned to a crisp. --Oxford Tribune
