William Thompson of Duluth, Minn., died at the home friends near Pine Village last Friday. He was 21 years of age, and was born in this county. He was a model young man. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. W. P. McKinzie. Antone Helt died in Attica Saturday afternoon about 4 o'clock. The funeral services were held Sunday afternoon. He was born in Germany and was about 60 years of age. He was known by many in this place, having worked for Antone Elgin and at the quarries here. Mrs. George D. Murphy died at her home at Indiana Mineral Springs on last Thursday, Sept. 19th of rheumatism. She was 34 years old. The funeral took place on Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock, Rev. Wilmer officiating. The interment was in the Keister Cemetery. Thomas Hamlin died at his home near Winthrop last Thursday, Sept. 19th, aged 29. He leaves a wife. The remains were shipped Friday to Columbus, Ind., his former home for burial. Mrs. Rheuben Warbritton of East Liberty Township, aged about 76 years, and an old resident of the county died at her home northwest of Winthrop Monday afternoon. The funeral services were held at 10 o'clock yesterday after which interment was made in the Keister cemetery. Mrs. Warbritton was an aunt of D.C. Biggs of this place.
