The death of Mrs. Margaret Shuster, which occurred last week at Boswell, removes one of the oldest residents of Warren County, she having been a resident of this county since 1832, until something over a year ago, she removed to Boswell to reside with her son, Dr. Fenton, ex-Auditor of this county. She was born Sept. 22, 1818 in Green County, Ohio. In 1838 she maried Joseph A. Fenton and to them were born: Eleazr E., Samuel C., and Florinda E. Only the latter two are living. In October 1852 her husband died and for eight years she remained a widow, when seh married John A. Shuster, who survives her. From 1891 to 1985, the old couple was residents of Williamsport. She led a devoted Christian life and was beloved by all who knew her. Death was caused by paralysis. Died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Roberts, Saturday, June 29th, Mrs. Delilah Nicholas. Deceased was born in Harrison County, Kentucky, Sept. 7th, 1835 and departed this life May 29th, 1897. She leaves surviving her, seven children- three girls and four boys. She embraced religion early in life and lived a consistent Christian to the time of her death. The funeral occurred Sunday, May 30th, at 2:30 at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Roberts, conducted by Rev. Warren. Interment was in Copeland Cemetery. Edna, the year and 8-month-old child of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Miller died of the whooping cough Saturday. Interment took place Sunday at the Redwood Cemetery.
