William Statzell Dead This gentlemen, late citizen of Pine Village, had resided in Chicago about a month when he was taken sick with typhoid fever and died in a week. The remains were brought to Pine Village where on Tuesday at 10 o'clock a.m. the funeral sermon was preached by the pastor of the Christian Church of that place, and interment was made in the cemetery there. Deceased was 42 years of age and leaves a wife and two children, the eldest being a daughter, aged 15 years. He was a member of the Christian church. He was a half brother of I. N. Statzell of this place.
