Isaac Hall, West Lebanon's older merchant, is retiring from business much to the regret of the entire community. The deal was closed last week whereby his stock of drugs will pass into the hands of Dale Cummings of Indianapolis, who will take charge Saturday, June 15.

Mr. Hall, who was born and raised on a farm south of West Lebanon, attended school there and at Williamsport. He entered business in 1892 in the room next door to the Gazette office, now the Town Hall, later purchasing the corner buidling where his store is now located. For the past 48 years he has catered to the public in their drug wants and his name became a household word throughout the country is the leading druggist.
