WWTPL Reciprocal Agreements
The Williamsport Public Library has reciprocal agreements with
surrounding Libraries. Patrons who are actually taxpayers may
borrow materials from these libraries if they are in "good
standing" with their home library. Likewise patrons from these
libraries may borrow from the Williamsport Public Library if
they are in "good standing" with their home library. PLAC
(Public Library Access Card) cards may be purchased from any
of these libraries and will be give purchaser access to all
state sponsored libraries.
